To order a transcript of an in-court proceeding, you need to:

 

Discuss the availability of the Transcriptionist to prepare the transcript within the required timeframe, payment options and any specific delivery requirements.

 

Provide details regarding the transcript order to the transcriptionist (for example, where the proceeding took place, whether a copy of the entire transcript is required, the number of copies, timelines and delivery).

 

Then click on the form link below to order a transcript.

 

Note:

A form must be completed for each transcript order.

Remember to complete the form accurately and provide full details about the proceedings to avoid delay in processing your transcript.

 

You should discuss all details on the order form with the transcriptionist if you have any questions.

 

ONCE YOU HAVE FILLED IN THE FORM - send it to the transcriptionist by email to:

authorizedcourttranscript@gmail.com

 

 

The transcriptionist will then finalize and submit the Transcript Order Form to Recording Management at the court for processing.  Once the recording of the proceeding is received; the transcriptionist will prepare your transcript for delivery.
